What are my payment options?

Is FLOOF BLOOF website safe & secure? 

You bet we are! At floofbloof.com, we use the latest security measures to protect your details right from the landing page. 256-bit SSL software is used to encrypt your credit or debit card information when you place an order with us. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure. All pages on floofbloof.com, including our checkout and payment pages are secured. Secured webpages begin with "https://" and depending on the web browser you're using, a padlock symbol in URL field, or a key symbol in the bottom right-hand status bar will be shown.

How long do you take to ship my order?

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. The delivery times vary and will most likely take up to 4 weeks.

Please be aware that an order can take more than 30 business days (very rare) to arrive depending on your location.

How do I track my order?  

We will email you the tracking number of your order after the payment is completed. Shipping details could take a day or two to be reflected.

I have ordered a few items from your store but only one arrived thus far, why is that? 

Floof Bloof is an online retailer. We work with multiple suppliers and each one ship form their dedicated warehouse. If you ordered more than one item, please be noted that your items may arrive separately.

What is your Refund and Return Policy? 

You are required to notify us within 7 days from the date it was received or the expiration of the estimated delivery time of your order. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, we regret that we cannot issue you a refund or replacement

Refund/replacement is available ONLY if: 

  • The incorrect item was received in terms of color, size, or model (evidence is needed); or
  • The item is used, defective or in extremely poor quality (evidence is needed); or 
  • The estimated delivery time of the order has expired; or
  • The shipment went missing. 

Please note always that the product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Due to differences in monitors, colours of products may also appear different to those shown on the site. 

Do I need to pay custom duty or import tax for the ordered goods?

Yes, you will need to pay custom duty or import tax in your country. Our prices indicated here do not include taxes.

Please be aware that any shipment may be subject to import duties and /or taxes applicable to your country or to the country you’re shipping to. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost as customs policies vary from country to country.

We recommend that if you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, we regret that we cannot provide you with a refund.
